Yin Yoga is a calming and restorative practice that focuses on deep, passive poses held for several minutes.

It targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, improving flexibility and releasing tension.

Ideal for reducing stress, enhancing mobility, and achieving mental and physical balance, Yin Yoga offers a perfect way to quiet the mind, release emotions, and restore energy.

A space to deeply relax, nurturing both the body and the mind. You will experience a mindful practice designed to release tension and connect with your body in a deeper level.

About Marina

Marina, a fully qualified and passionate yoga teacher, obtained her teaching certificate in India. She is certified by the Yoga Alliance YTT200H in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga Yoga (India, at Trimurty School), along with 50H in Yin yoga (Bali, at YogaUnion), her journey has taken her to diverse locations, shaping her teaching style through the influence of various practices from Spain, the UK, Australia, India, Bali, and beyond.

She is also a massage therapist of Balinese and Swedish massage (Bali), Certified Personal Trainer (Spain), and a Graduate Nurse with 8 years of experience (UK). In addition, she has training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and has the assistance of Vipassana meditation training.
