New Year Meditation Challenge - Information for Newcomers

If you are joining the New Year 21 Day Meditation Challenge and you are brand new to meditation or you haven't practised the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana before, then you will want to prepare for the challenge by learning these two meditation practices beforehand.

You can do this by attending one of our lunchtime drop-in classes which happen every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 - 2pm, please arrive from 12.45pm as the class starts promptly at 1pm. 

You could also attend Meditation Night on a Thursday in the weeks leading up to the challenge between 7.15 - 9.30pm.

Or lastly, you could watch these videos on our YouTube channel guiding you through the practices, as well as how to sit with the correct posture.
