Thursday Lunchtime Meditation (in-person)

Dates:
Every Thursday - 1.00pm to 2.00pm

A Thursday lunchtime meditation class to help you learn to meditate, refresh what you already know or build a regular practice.

Come and join our community of meditators in person, on Tuesday and Thursday at lunchtime.

We teach two traditional meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (or cultivation of lovingkindness). These two complementary practices help us to develop awareness, integration, tranquillity and positive emotion.

Open to all experience levels, including newcomers.

No need to book: just turn up. The mindfulness of breathing and loving-kindness meditations will be taught in alternate weeks. When you have learnt both meditations, will you be able to attend the regulars part of the session.

Cambridge Buddhist Centre is a thriving Buddhist community based on generosity. A Buddhist Centre is open to all, regardless of their ability to pay and where we give what we can for the benefit of others. So, if you feel you want to contribute to this exciting project then please do support us by making a donation.
