Vinyasa Yoga on Tuesdays with Marina

Dates:
Tuesday 24th Sep 2024 to Tuesday 22nd Oct 2024 - 7.45pm to 8.45pm

A new hour long Vinyasa Yoga class, led by Marina

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes combine conscious breathing with playing with the fluency of movement.

Experience her fusion of traditional techniques and modern elements, connect with yourself, and find balance in body and mind.

We seek to consider the importance of physical and energy alignment and to work with focusing the mind throughout the practice. The aim is to achieve a fluid practice by combining the mobility, strength, and flexibility that yoga brings.

The classes suit everyone, especially those who want an active yoga practice. They are physically intense but respectful of each student's abilities. During training, variants are marked so that everyone present can feel comfortable, and adapt the practice to their needs.

This is a space where we will work the flexibility and challenge the body through flow. We will play with the body and also focus the mind with pranayamas, closing with a vibrating relaxation.

Book in advance here for £50 (equivalent of £10 per class) or attend as a drop-in for £12 per class.

Please check and complete our Yoga health questionnaire.
