This six-week course is one of the best ways to get a grounding in some key Buddhist principles and introduces you to meditation practices that cultivate mindful self-awareness and insight.
You’ll learn the Mindfulness of Breathing – said to be the practice the Buddha was doing on the night of his Enlightenment.
The course leaders will give an outline of the life of the Buddha, explore what Enlightenment is about, and what it might mean for us. From there they will explore some of the key teachings like ethics and karma, which are so often misunderstood. And also what it might mean to see into the nature of reality.
With this grounding in working directly with the mind and glimpses of a more expansive vision for your life, you’ll be equipped with tools and training that can help you begin to transform your life.
