Sub30's: Conditions for Growth

A Buddhist life is one of radical, transformative growth, but how do we grow and how do we know that we are growing?
Finding the conditions in our lives that support spiritual practice is essential if we want to grow, but what might these conditions look like? Does the company we keep really have that big an impact on our spiritual well-being? What can we do to move towards a richer and more meaningful life?
Join us for the next Sub30s evening to explore this through meditation, hearing from experienced practitioners, personal reflection and discussion.

Do you want to meet others interested in living a radical life of transformation and growth?
Sub30s is an evening of connection, meditation, and discussion. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to join, it’s open to anyone aged 18 - 30.
Start your month with an evening exploring how Buddhism can give us a radically different perspective on modern life and talk to other young people who are using this to realise more of their potential and transform their lives. Join us on the first Friday of each month at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, from 7.15–9:30 pm.
There is no need to book, just come along. Even if you are completely new, you are welcome.
This event is for young people aged 18 to 30 interested in Buddhism and Meditation. If you have any questions or would like to know if this event is suitable for you or a young person contact us at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com.
