Dhiyampati started practising yoga in 1990. In 2004 he qualified as an introductory level 2 teacher in the Iyengar system, having completed his teacher training at the Iyengar Institute in Maida Vale, London. He also has a keen interest in meditation and is an ordained Buddhist.

Shuddhasara has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre and elsewhere for over fifteen years. Originally from the United States, she received a BA with a major in psychology and worked professionally as a dancer and dance therapist before becoming a yoga teacher. She went on to achieve Intermediate Junior 3 Iyengar yoga teacher status and undertook further study at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, including the medical class. Over four years she has completed six levels of remedial yoga tuition with Stephanie Quirke, who is Geeta Iyengar's assistant. Shuddhasara teaches four yoga courses plus one remedial class per week for some medical problems and regular workshops. She also offers weekend retreats and yoga holidays overseas. Students should contact Shuddhasara directly to enquire about the remedial class. Shuddhasara received her name at ordination into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2001.

When Aryajaya attended her first yoga class over 25 years ago and she felt that she had come ?home?. Yoga is discovering the relationship between the body, mind and breath to bring more energy and joy to life. She finds that yoga helps keep both mind and body fit and energetic, flexible, more relaxed, steady and calm. It is a great companion practice for meditation, helping the body be still and open to experience.
In 2012 she decided to make yoga a more permanent home by training as a teacher, completing a 200 hour qualification through Camyoga. She is currently completing a 200 & 500 hour training with Bodhiyoga Mindfulness Yoga. She was ordained into the Triranta Buddhist Order in 2006 and her name means Noble Victory.
