Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practice Days

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Days are an intensive day of practice for people who are on, or have completed, an MBSR course.

If your practice has lapsed, these days are a good way to reconnect, and if you still have a regular practice, there will be ideas to take the practice deeper.

These days are free to people on the current MBSR course.
