What is the Buddhist stance on: sex outside of marriage, alcohol and stimulants (nicotine, caffeine etc)?

One of the precepts involves abstaining from sexual misconduct, and this means abstaining from rape and adultery. Sex outside marriage is not against this precept, as long as both parties are consenting adults and no one is being hurt.

The fifth precept is to abstain from intoxicants, that is alcohol or drugs that affect the mind. The first precept is to abstain from doing harm, and this includes doing harm to yourself. Most Buddhists would interpret this precept as avoiding smoking, and some Buddhists avoid caffeine because they find that it affects their health, but this is by no means universal.
