What's the Buddhist view on good and evil?

Buddhism talks about ‘skilful’ and ‘unskilful’ actions rather than ‘good’ and ‘evil’. A skilful action is one motivated by generosity, kindness and wisdom, an unskilful action by greed, hatred and delusion. We are all capable of skilful and unskilful actions. Buddhist ethics is about trying to be more skilful and making amends for our unskilfulness.
