A lovely day, well thought out and organised. Suryamani and Kevin are great hosts and great company with a wealth of knowledge about the areas they walk, natural history and spiritual matters. You will be warmly welcomed. The walks are gentle, done in short sections (in silence) with a ten minute break to share thoughts and rest a little. You don't need to worry about being super-fit or anything, just to be able to manage walking through fields at a gentle pace for the day with plenty of rest stops. I have severe osteo-arthritis in my feet and I managed it:) The experience of being outside, walking together in meditative silence, was both calming and spiritually uplifting. Highly recommended!

The Spring Yatra Day was a beautiful experience. We walked in silence in the countryside and exchanged our impressions with the other walkers during the pauses. Although I am not a Buddhist, the simple ceremony we had soon before the end of the walk was inspirational and emotional. I hope to come back next year, if I am in Cambridge.
