Description:A Yatra is a Buddhist-inspired walking retreat; a mindful and devotional celebration of our land and our mutual interconnectedness with it and one another.
During the day we will walk in silence and in single file, allowing space for a deeper awareness and harmony to arise with our walking companions, the ancient landscape and our own inner worlds. The invitation is to open to the richness of the senses and perhaps have them as a focus for meditative walking. Along the way there will be regular pauses and comfort stops when we can share experience, poetry and reflections if wished.

Arrive at Dower House Campsite ( from 9.30am prompt, Kevin will meet you at Reception, show you where to park and guide you to our Forest Shrine. After our walking day we will return to the Campsite around 5pm where you are welcome to stay for tea and cakes.
