Description:Six week drop-in course for those who have learnt to meditate.
Meditation is essentially a means of transforming the mind, of raising consciousness to higher levels and developing more positive, sensitive and clearer mental states. In this six-week drop-in course, we'll be looking in more depth at what that means and how to do it!

It is possible to attend any session without having attended the previous ones, but you will need to be familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and Metta Bhavana practices.
