Description:For six weeks from 22nd February, we'll be devoting the Regulars' drop-in class on Thursdays to the theme of the four foundations of mindfulness.
The teaching of the four foundations of mindfulness come from the Buddha and provide you with a toolkit for becoming more established and creative in your meditation practice.

Suitable for anyone who has been introduced to the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing practices.

These six special drop-in evenings are free and can be taken together as a course or indvidually.
