Description:This course has been cancelled due to a lack of bookings.
Deep relaxation is a very pleasant experience in itself, also supporting concentration and sleep, general wellbeing, inner peace, creativity, gentle psychological processing to release physical and emotional tensions and anxieties, as well as meditation.

Like most relaxation pathways, progressive muscle relaxation calms and harmonises the nervous system, as well as the body and mind more broadly. As the training progresses, your bodymind will relax more and more deeply, the overall nourishing and integrating effects will be longer-lasting, and you will be able to “get into” deep relaxation within mere minutes wherever you are – quickly ready to carry on with your day, or effectively work with the mind in this state of deep relaxation. This process requires regular home practice, which is an essential part of the course.

A comprehensive training course including a day workshop, 10.00am - 4.00 pm on Sunday 18 March. There will not be a session on Wednesday, 14 February [Thursday, 15 February]
