Relaxation to Freedom

Date:Saturday 23rd June 2018
Time:2.15pm - 5pm
Cost:There is no charge for this event. However the Centre does depend on donations and we would be grateful for any donation you can make. A suggested amount would be £15.00 – £15.00.
Led by:Sarvatajnana
Description:Six sessions of exploring deep bodymind relaxation; their relationship to the Triratna system of practice; and the complex interplays between holding and release.
Each session offers intro-level led practice of various pathways to relaxation, such as breath relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, somatic movement and awareness, autogenics and yoga nidra.

The six sessions will complement each other and there will be a slight development, but this is not a training course and you are welcome to attend just some or one of the sessions. There will be some support for home practice.

Sarvatajnana is a qualified relaxation therapist.

Sessions take place on the last Saturday of the month on the following dates:

27 January
24 February
24 March
28 April
*no session in May*
23 June
28 July

Please note: It is helpful to avoid practicing with a full stomach, so maybe have an early or light lunch on the day of the session.
These sessions are unsuitable for people going through active psychosis, active clinical depression, or severe personality disorder. Do contact Sarvatajnana beforehand to discuss anything around mental or physical health concerns at
