Weekend Retreat: Opening Doors

Description:A residential weekend retreat, suitable for anyone, including those new to meditation.
Taking the image of opening doors, we will particularly open inwards through meditations, gentle movement, talks, some group activities and Buddhist ritual. Some of the meditations will be in two separate rooms, one for those familiar with the practices, and the other with more guidance and support given, including an introduction to ritual.

We request all participants to switch off their mobile devices for the whole weekend. A contact number will be available for people who need to get in touch urgently. If reading material is brought, please limit it to a subject connected with meditation or Buddhism.
