Description:A morning to explore the path of transformation in the workplace. *10am - 1pm, with an optional meditation 9.15 - 9.45am.
Work can provide great opportunities for spiritual practice and transformation, as well as many challenges and conflicts. This regular series of events provide a supportive context for exploring how we express ourselves in our workplace, how to address some of the challenges we face and how to deepen our experience of our everyday lives.

This time we will be exploring authenticity as an aspect of individuality - what helps and what hinders.
