Learning about Buddhism
Buddhism provides us with methods of transforming self and world by seeing life in a new way.
There are three ways to learn about Buddhism:
Courses run weekly in the evening. There are two levels.
Introducing Buddhism is suitable for newcomers to Buddhism, and gives a good overview of the subject in a six week course.
It can be followed by Buddhism Level Two. This year-long course is composed of six courses of six weeks each.
Drop-in Buddhism classes are ideal for people who cannot make our Monday night courses, or to get a taste of Buddhism. Each class will contain a short teaching from the Buddha, followed by discussion to see how to apply it to our lives.
